2003，2008，2013，德国Bielefeld大学高级访问学者（短期）。

1997-2001，兰州大学化学化工学院、功能有机分子化学国家重点实验室，副教授。

1982-1992，兰州大学化学系，助教、讲师。

科研成就

曾主持过多项研究课题，得到国家自然科学基金委“创新研究群体基金”、科技部“973计划”、国家教委“骨干教师基金”、“优秀年轻教师基金”、“回国人员科研启动基金”、“中国博士后科学基金”、“甘肃省自然科学基金”、“兰州大学功能有机分子化学国家重点实验室基金”等多项资助。目前主持一项国家自然科学基金，为兰州大学“有机化学创新群体”和“国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）”骨干成员。
